Clean Plus – Advanced Tornado Tile Cleaner

A CONCENTRATED HEAVY-DUTY ALKALINE CLEANER AND DEGREASER FOR FLOORS
The Advanced Tornado Tile Cleaner is a concentrated alkaline detergent that excels in heavy-duty cleaning and restoration. It quickly breaks down fats, oils and carbonised deposits, effectively emulsifying and suspending grease and grime.
Free from butyl solvents and featuring a corrosion inhibitor, it’s odourless and ideal for concrete, ceramic and quarry tiles in busy commercial and industrial spaces.

Typical Applications:

• Entrances, shopping-centre foyers, heavy traffic kitchens, wet rooms or any commercial tile floor that has built-up grime, oil or scuffing over time.
• Periodic restoration clean (weekly/monthly) rather than daily maintenance; use when normal floor cleaner is no longer giving acceptable results.

Usage Instructions:

1. For restoration cleaning: Dilute approx. 1 : 5 (product : warm water). Leave for 2-5 minutes, scrub using brush or auto-scrubber (turn off vacuum if required), then pick up solution and rinse thoroughly with fresh water.
2. For medium soil levels: Dilute about 1 : 20 (product : water), mop or auto-scrub, then rinse.

NOTE: Because this product is highly alkaline, avoid contact with skin and eyes and avoid use on brass, aluminium, timber or sealed vinyl surfaces – rinse immediately if contact occurs.
